About us
Welcome to Sogapol, leader in plastic recycling in Europe. With three recycling plants, two in Spain and one in Belgium, we specialise in the production of high-quality recycled polyethylene, actively contributing to the circular economy. Valorisation process
We build a close relationship with our material suppliers for waste management and valorisation, by implementing the best management procedures and by putting the needed machinery at your disposal in order to carry out an efficient waste management.
Logistics, selection and classification
We stand out because of our excellent logistic service – with a volume of more than 150 monthly trucks – aimed for a better handling and for our great waste withdrawal capacity.
EXTRUSION AND CREATION OF RAW MATERIALS
Our finished (END) recycled product is of a high quality and is absolutely guaranteed, given that we only use Erema machines in the extrusion process. Erema is a leader within the extrusion machinery market and, therefore, we are backed by their experience, support and technical service.

HOMOGENISATION
We homogenise the product in a 12-ton-silo. We introduce it in big-bags of 1,250 Kg that have been palletised, strapped and identified in order to guarantee its conservation and to facilitate its handling throughout the whole supply chain.
Comprehensive management
PRODUCTION CYCLE AND PLASTIC WASTE VALORISATION
We obtain low and high-density polyethylene pellets that will be devoted to the manufacturing of new products, therefore closing the life cycle of the materials.
Quality
We understand quality as the basis for the company's continuous improvement. We perform different controls to begin with a strict material selection process that continue until obtaining the final product. We have a quality lab where we perform trials that allow us to provide the client with information about key parameters for integrating our product into their industrial process.

Sogapol Certifications
At Sogapol we are proud to have obtained the European RecyClass and AENOR certifications, both under the UNE 15343 standard. These certifications validate our post-consumer plastic recycling processes, improving transparency, traceability of the waste collected and establishing good recycling practices and commercialization. In addition, these certifications allow exemption from the plastic tax, benefiting our customers.
